How to change the "Security Answer/Question"

I wan't to show you how to change your security answer/question on your account on z8games.

This tutorial is to show you how you keep your account safe.


1st Step:
Go to z8games and login to your account.




2nd Step:
Go to the support.




3rd Step:
Click on "here" to go to the empty ticket.




4th Step:
Take "Account" in "Game Related".




5th Step:
Take "Account Administration" in "Category".




6th Step:
Type your Login ID in "Please input Login ID".




7th Step:
In this step you only need TWO, but if you type more informations you know is allowed.




8th Step:
This is the 8th Step if you used Paypal on your account!
You have to type: "Full Name on Paypal Account" and "Register Email for Paypal".




9th Step:
You haven't to fill in anything, because I show you how to get change your security answer and not how to get anything from Metin2.




10th Step:
You have to type your "Used Payment Method", your "Transaction ID #1" and your "Transaction ID #2".




11th Step:
You have to select a new "Security Question".
For Example: "What is your favorite game genre?"




12th Step:
Type in your new "Security Answer".
Example: Erotic.




13th Step:
Type in some additional informations.
For Example:

I don't know the security answer and I need it to change the e-mail address.
So I wan't to change the security answer.
Please change it as fast as possible,
because I wan't the account safe.

14th Step:
Press "Submit" to send your ticket.

How long does it usually take for z8 to respond to a ticket.. cause some guy scammed me and i want to change it ASAP, alsi i dont get step 8... what are you supposed to put in there.

Deposit twice with a prepaid card.
For example "Paysafe Card".

Type the transaction IDs in the boxes and fill in every EXACT information your know.
