I want to get a Target refunding service going but I need to provide proof that I am able to do it. The problem is that currently I can only know for sure that the method works in the United States and Canda. I am using Ace's new eBook.

I won't? He said he is banned from a few couriers and I am going to ask him which ones. It's not really like it's a secret what couriers they use. I won't tell him what's in the eBook I never said that.

You need to know what couries they use to be able to do the refund which is why it's in the eBook. He is banned from a few couriers according to him anyway. If he has never ordered from them he wouldn't know. If he tells me from which ones he is banned from I could either tell him if he is able to order from them or not.
