    PlaySpan needs to support there users

    So, as I said in Matix's post, I said I should be getting my UP... here's what the support said today:

    Zachary Beerens: It was with the Free UP ******s
    PlaySpan Support: Ok
    Zachary Beerens: I could supply the e-mail I recieved back from you guys
    PlaySpan Support: May we know when have you participated in the ******?
    Zachary Beerens: I believe it was the 06th, or the 16th, I can check it in the e-mail for the verifaction

    Zachary Beerens: I have not... but the e-mail stated that I would get my points "shortly"
    We request you to be patient while the points are being credited to your account.
    PlaySpan Support: We would like to inform you that offers and ******s are provided by third party providers
    and they manage the issues related to ******s and offers
    We request you to contact the offer provider to check the status
    Zachary Beerens: Hemant, one of your staff, e-mailed me back stating that I would be getting my UP though... Ok I guess
    PlaySpan Support: Please be informed that Ultimate points are credited by the offer partners within 48 hours after you complete the offer
    Hence you were informed that you should receive the points
    If the points are not credited even after 48 hours, then your first point of contact is the offer partner
    Zachary Beerens: So if I don't recieve the points after tomarrow or the next day, should I contact you again?
    PlaySpan Support: You need to contact the offer partner
    Zachary Beerens: Ok, I got it... Well, thanks for your help I guess, good night
