Any bot that catches and evolves pokemon's?

As the title reads. I currently have over 2k candy for ratata, pigey etc. All that sweet evolution XP there is, but I have no time . Is there any bot that catches pokemons, evolves them and the transfer them (I want cp10 pokemons to be evolved too because of the xp) is there any bot for it?

I run necro with a custom config, I can't remember who posted it but it catches a lot of pidgeys, caterpies, etc and evolves them for good exp.
