Its not a bottleneck.
this computer can run BF3 maxed out at 1080p at 60fps+,dont listen to aborted..seriously
all the parts work perfectly together without bottlenecking each other,and it looks awsome!

This is 100% incorrect. If staying with AMD CPU's, he needs to move into the FX 6core series of CPU's. @Aborted is in fact right that it is a bottleneck. @awessome.exe Go for an FX- 6100 for slightly more money.
Since you stated that you will do little to no gaming, I suggest a Radeon 6670 - Good value for money, although it will not run some things at the max settings.
By doing the above, you will free up your budget for other things such as improving that processor.
Also, try to pirate your OS if you can.
+ Go for basic RAM (but of a good quality ofc), don't bother going for the fancy shit - not worth it IMO
any AMD like, atleast a quadcore, 4-8 gb ram dont go fancy on mobo and case
