Heal over time(HoT) and Damage over Time(DoT) glitch

hello, i've been getting this glitch where the HoT or DoT goes very fast. Like not at it's usual speed. I noticed when I used pyro one day
and the DoT was going faster than normal, but this only occurs sometimes. When I log out, it goes away.
anyone know how to make it come back?/

has it happened with only pyro? cus it could be pyros passive

Lag or Passive.

No, it has happenend with the Healer's radiance. It was healing fast over time, not like its normal speed

Lag wouldn't cause it to go faster.

Yes, in fact it could. It has happened to me before.
