    [Release - VB] Combat Arms Hotkey Menu

    I made this a while ago for my Hotkey hacks.
    This is a keyboard hook so it does not use stupid timers to check when a button is clicked. Therefore, no lag!

    Some features:
    - When the Hotkey is pressed, the label will turn green and says "Enabled". Pressed again, the label turns red and says "Disabled"
    - Draggable Menu
    - Insert to show and hide menu
    - Delete to kill menu
    - Top Menu
    - Customizable
