Hi!
Since the General Section is fully spamed with Combat Arms errors,
i decided to make a tut how to fix many of CA's problems.
Update:Problems with the prefix [Updated] are new.

COMMON ERRORS:
Error: (Corrupted Files)
1. Uninstall Combat Arms on Start -> Control Panel -> Uninstall Programs
2. Check if all Nexon folders are deleted from the hard drive. If not delete them.
(Standard location: C:NexonCombat Arms EU
3. Download the latest client here :Click Me
4.Install CA
5. Check if your antivirus program, firewall, anti-spyware, etc. dont block Combat Arms (Engine.exe, CombatArms.exe, HSUpdate.exe,NMService.exe )
6. Should Combat Arms hang after start, then close it with ALT + TAB, and check any error codes.
7. If this does not help, then write a support ticket to Nexon Europe or to MPGH CA EU General Section.The following should be included:
processor, graphics card, RAM, Internet connection, antivirus program, firewall, screenshot (if possible) and when the error occurs, or what exactly happened.
Buffer overrun detected
Search for the 1st Combat Arms EU link that should be found on the desktop or under programs / Nexon too.
2nd Click the right mouse button on the shortcut and then go to properties.
3rd Select the Compatibility tab now and make a catch before the program to run in compatibility mode for:.
Selects as a OS Windows XP (Service Pack 2) and then click OK.
If this does not help, then disable visual themes.
Black screen with gas grenades / graphics bug
Update your graphics drivers.
If you have an on-board graphic card from Intel, then you will have to probably replace it with a newer graphic card. If a driver update didnt help, u have also to replace your graphic card with a newer one.
I see no blood
This problem occurs if you have provided during account creation, an age below 18 years, or your video card does not support it. (see above)
Hack Detected
Start CA without hacks, if you still have this problem then disable your firewall and antivirus temporarily.
Weapons will not be displayed
Make sure u disable your "No Weapon" hack. If u still have this problem quit
and re-enter the game. This problem occurs when there are problems with your connection to the server.
ZoneAlarm users
If you have ZoneAlarm and in game you get a black screen, then you need add Combat Arms to the safe zone. Should you need help, just pm me.
Kicked because of High Network Latency
Update your network drivers.
Long load times and spawntime
This problem occurs if u have a slow processor, not enough RAM or a bad graphic card. Try to close all programs u dont need. Use also Tuneup:

After I clicked on the login button, the game freezes
Try to start CA without hacks. If u still got this error then Nexon is doing a maintance on their servers. Check the CAEU Homepage for more info.
Error: Failed to update protection modules
This error occurs when Internet Explorer is not online or not working properly. Uncheck "Work Offline" on IE (File -> Work Offline). If u still got this error re-install Internet Explorer, via software -> Add/Remove Windows Components /. If this does not help, then temporarily disable your antivirus program and firewall. Reinstall Combat Arms if this all didnt help.
Error: "Cannot locate NGM module"
Restart your PC. Add "NMService.exe" to the exception list of your Antivirus and Firewall.
Failed to login to the verification server
Try to login again. If this doesnt help, then the Nexon servers are offline or you are IP banned.
Nexon Messenger is empty
Check if u have "NMServices.exe" in your firewall and antivirus exception list.
If yes, check if "NMServices.exe" is located on your CA folder.
If yes, then the messenger is not currently available and will only become available again as soon as Nexon has noticed that it is down.
"Connecting to the server, please wait" takes too long and nothing happens
ALT-TAB out,CTRL-ALT-DEL(Windows XP) or CTRL-SHIFT-ESC(Vista/7) and close CA.
Restart CA again. Choose an empty server like Bravo first, then u can change to the Alpha server.

Error code -21 / 30021
This error means that your account has not been activated. Please click therefore on the activation link in the activation email to activate your account.

The client files are corrupted. Restart your PC. Empty your internet cache.
Redownload and/or reinstall CA if this didnt help.

Error code -50
The game could not be updated properly, because the downloaded files may be corrupted.
1. Try to restart your computer and try to install the game again.
2. If this does not help, then please empty your Internet cache and download the game again. Download here
3. Should you use a download manager, then download the setup without a download manager.
ErrorCode -10
Your system is not working properly. Restart your PC.
Error Code -11
You have an outdated version of Direct X.

A file could not be found. Restart your PC. If this didnt help redownload and reinstall CA. Download here
Error Code -13
This error occurs when your network / internet connection is not working properly. Empty the Internet Cache and reboot.
Error Code -14
This error occurs when your network / internet connection is not working properly. Furthermore, in many cases it is your antivirus/firewall that blocks CA. Add CA (Engine.exe, CombatArms.exe, HSUpdate.exe, NMService.exe) to your exception list. If this didnt help, disable temporarily your Antivirus and Firewall. Otherwise redownload and reinstall CA Download here

An information file from CA is corrupted. Redownload and reinstall CA
