Furthermore, please try not to make more than 1 thread related to the same exact topic (you made one a day ago for the exact same thing). Looking at your thread, no one will sell you a copy of CS:GO for $2. And I mean, no one. Unless you're looking to buy cracked accounts (maybe then, but probably not). The cheapest sale for CS:GO recently was for $3.49 and even after that, a copy of CS:GO via a key or gifting is worth anywhere from $7 (low I've seen at this point, and I've sold them for $7) up to $11. Good luck finding someone to sell to you at such a low price.
