After the ban my ingame money got resetted to 20k?

I was using a detected menu to spawn some cars and then just receive a ban for 10 days, but i had 15m legit.
What to do? should i contact them?

If it was me, I'd send them a complaint. It doesn't hurt to try. It would help if you've completed certain tasks like the 10 million dollar criminal mastermind challenge. They can see things like that are flagged and that's proof you earned at least some money legit. Worst case scenario is that they say no.

I know I read someone on this or another board saying they got money back in a similar scenario but it was probably a year or more ago.
