How to remove soft ban and catch any pokmeon without getting banned!

Removing soft Ban

1. Find a pokestop
2.Spin the pokestop around 40 times(exit ,respin, repeat)
3. After about 40 spins you should be unbanned

How to catch any pokemon without getting soft banned(eg teleporting far enough to get banned)

1. Copy out your coordinates
2.Teleport to the location where the pokemon is(Do not interact with any pokestops)
3.Click on the pokemon to battle it
4. Now, with your coordinates enter it into the gps and teleport back to your original location
5. Catch the pokemon without a soft ban!(if you stuff up and get a soft ban use the method above to get unbanned....)

There's a ton of websites to do that on. I'd recommend Pokezz if it's still up.
