trade weps to people until you get like 200 weapons traded to them over time which should balance out at like 4000 scrap and that's like 40 ref so just keep doing that. Or just get 1$ and buy a giftapult or stick jumper for 49 cents

Also you can't just add $1 to steam... Can pay a minimum of $5 and you'd be better off just buying 2 manco keys.
