Nothing to really worry about. If you're worried just delete them
So I have a lot of anti-malware such as Malwarebytes Hitman.pro and Hitman.alert but none of these detect ANY malware, (except for the hacks and cracks I use which is fine) but when I take a look at my cookies in my browser, chrome, I see cookies like doubleclick.net and everything related to AD's. Not sure if this is a malware or not or the AD's I'm getting in websites. Please help.

Use CCleaner to clean a lot of cookies
Looks like you have some toolbar bullshit on your browser and maybe some adware bull. Reinstall your browsers and disable any suspicious start-up programs in msconfig. Also go to add/remove a program and look for recent installations for any sketchy bullshit.
Download Malwarebytes and you will be OK!
should be trojan, most of the times even AV cant remove them

Having more than one active antivirus at a point is equal to having none, uninstall the rest and leave just one antivirus to keep your pc more protected.
