After much toil and strife and hours of looking up and learning about COM interfaces I finally figured it out, with help from some great tutorials ofcourse, but don't think you can replicate such a feat so easily. I did the whole thing on Visual Studios Express which has no compatibility for adding resources!
That's right I used a resource hacker to hack the resources then called a resource I never defined in my code, decoded it through COM and even had to download a older version of the original Platform SDK since MS stopped putting the file I needed in the Windows SDK. and finally splash screen. muwahahaha!
Momma I did it!
If you don't care well you can go suck it. ;l
I know Im boasting, but I will probably write out a tutorial on how I did it for all you fellow VS Express users out there, but for now I rest.

-waits for tutorial-
Nice job.
I know I didn't download it! I'm on my netbook.
screw your netbook, they are fail. ;(
Anyway I know this is kind of pointless right now, but now I can figure out how to do more stuff with it. That means including resources in my hacks. Splash screens, hacks that auto inject with no external .dll, and even include images a logos in the D3D menu Im developing.

Well, Nice thingy
I used to want to make a Loader in a Splash Screen, So I could update my Trainer on launch if new version avaiable, And save work to the poor choobies that doesn't understand that the damn updater is meant to be used when the label says there is an update, And that cry when I force one saying the hack makes something, Display something, Than Closes, Without reading anything.
But I sadly understood Splash screen weren't for me, They aren't fun at all to code in my opinion, Meh.
Nice Job

Crushed is like a volcano. He's inactive for long periods of times, but when he shows up he spits flames everywhere.
EDIT: @Melodia: The only real trouble I had was that with Visual Studios Express it does not allow people to load resources and things which I think is unfair, and Im not going to shell out $300 for VS Pro. In any case I will go ahead and post a tutorial sometime today since people seem interested. Just don't expect it to be too detailed as I barely understand how I did it.

"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. The cost of one modern heavy bomber is this: a modern brick school in more than 30 cities. It is two electric power plants, each serving a town of 60,000 population. It is two fine, fully equipped hospitals. It is some fifty miles of concrete pavement. We pay for a single fighter plane with a half million bushels of wheat. We pay for a single destroyer with new homes that could have housed more than 8,000 people. This is, I repeat, the best way of life to be found on the road the world has been taking. This is not a way of life at all, in any true sense. Under the cloud of threatening war, it is humanity hanging from a cross of iron."- Dwight D. Eisenhower
