[Warning] About Mods

Hey, I've just found out that NEXON will patch mods weekly. The updater will have a search through your .rez files and if it's different from the server. EVEN A BYTE then it will patch it. So you don't waste quota, or anything.. Always use clean .rez files at least once a week. It will patch your rez files even if there is no patches released by nexon

lol.. It's been happening to me alot.. it patches all my rez files that i modded.. and when i redo them, after a week, it patches again..

So this affects us how?? cant we just reinject all our mods?? I doubt they would try something like this. I think to counter this we just need somebody to make the mods the same size as the origional. No problem

you right, yesturday i pached the ca and my mods worked, today i went to play and now they dont...y cant nexon just leave us alone, they know there will be hackers, the best thing they should do is leave it alone!

when you update, the ''re-download'' all the .rez files modified between the last update and the new update you are doing... by re-downloading all the .rez, so they are like the originals, its just like an updater works, a patcher is different, it ad a layer over the actual stuff, end of story, its like this since 2008 or that mean they add sum textures or shape to the gun youve modded....

No they just patch over them..

Do like i do.. When there is a patch .. Quickly go into your game folder and remove the edited .rez files from it quick.. Like to desk top and then when finished put them back in..

They can not patch Rez editing..

Not illegal.. Others cant see.. Only effects your screen..
