Hey,
I have lose a lot of weight recently (around 18 pounds) and i am down to 154 pounds (174 cm)
But i really need to lose some more pounds and my progress has slowed down like crazy recently so i want to ask you guys what i could do to speed it up a little again because i need to be better looking in 3 weeks

Eat less calories than you burn. Can’t really target just stomach, you have to lose overall.

You don't have to lose weight, you have to lose fat. Just make sure you are in a caloric deficit and eat enough protein and you should be fine.

You cant really target a specific area you want to lose fat on, you kinda just lose fat all around, try doing a lot of cardio, swimming for an example is a great fat burner!
From my experience one of the best ways to lose weight is to do whats called "planking", planking is a really effect exercise to burn fat and plus it strengthens your entire core. I would suggest holding a plank for maybe 30 seconds then move up to 60 seconds then keep increasing the time you hold it for. The longer you hold the plank the more calories your body will burn.
Google about cardio workout, thats will helps.
Swimming, jogging, cycling won't make you lose that fat.
The only thing that can help you lose that fat is weight training and HIIT, like sprints.

Actually, there are a couple of ways to lose fat. The most important thing you would want to worry about is your diet. While you want to make sure you are in a caloric deficit, you also want to be eating clean. Try to only eat healthy fats such as avocados, fish, seeds, nuts, and beans. For protein, try to go with white meat chicken and some fish! While eating clean, you would still want to be consistently bringing up your heart rate with difference exercises. Best of luck!
Yeah, like the others said, caloric deficit and the most important for me is cardio, if you focus on cardio this is the most efficient to lose your fat.

well at this point it has been 3 weeks so i hope you gained the progress you hoped to attain. but burning fat is revolved around consuming less calories than you burn and doing cardio exercises to continue the fat burn
I lost 30 lbs by drinking more water, eating smaller portions and using random free workout apps. I cut out soda and caffeine for the most part also.
