WTF?! i can't make accounts anymore?!

Every time i try to make an account, the popup window says that I need to use 1-10 alfanumeric characters and profanity is not allowed.

But i really used 6-10 alfnumeric characters, I don't have any lock on. And try again with my ip renewed and it still didn't worked..
How can i make accounts again?!

just try diff names or tell some1 else to make it for u...but u aint ip banned or hw banned.
