I apologize for not responding to the scam report earlier. I've been busy with real-life work and didn't get a chance to address it.
I'm ready to issue a refund to the user. I provided him with four accounts and screenshots as proof that the accounts were working for me. However, it seems there may be an issue with their IP address, causing the accounts to be automatically locked.
