I'm selling NON MIGRATED which means that the account isn't attached to anything, not even an email.
Once you purchase my Non Migrated MC accounts you can migrate it and therefore connect it to your email. This means you can change everything, including the password, security question etc. So you pretty much have unrestricted access to the account.
