Need help with macro

Can someone please provide me with information on how to get a macro working?
As there is no directions on any of the posts i am looking at to actually start the macro? All i have is theese scripts that look like they dont do sh*t.

If your using the Auto-It scripts, go to the autoit forums and learn how to use it..

If your using the Jbit scripts, go to the Jbit forums and learn how to use it..
