its not a hack u press it it makes combat arms smaller. unlock the cursor u cann use the internet or something while ur playing

Lock cursor locks your cursor in the center of the screen

Windowed mode makes the game run in a small window...

Chill. Enable the hack before you log-in. Enter a game. It will then automatically put you into windowed mode.

It may or may not work.
