    They did not get compromised, there were no sudden changes in the IP for his MPGH profile, which means he logged in with the same ip as he always did

    Login IP is not recorded, it is post IP. Other IPs could login, but unless they post or register an account we cannot see it. Unaware if Dave has higher access to that, and can actually see login IPs, though he has told me numerous times it is not recorded.

Another gold seller skyped me about the dispute and I helped him out and he was able to resolve it by phone call to paypal.
