    Flagged crossfire account question?

If your crossfire account is flagged and you click the forgot password, will crossfire still help you by sending an email to change your password?
What does a flagged crossfire do exactly? Please be specific :/

Another question. Does anybody know if you can recover an account with just the id and pw? No email or any security questions ect?

You can change your password with the "Forgot your password?" page even if your account is flagged.
A flagged account means that support WILL NOT help you with anything related to account administration. (account recovery etc)
You can't recover an account with just ID and PW, you will also need security questions/answer, creation date, birthday, recent payment transactions, email etc.
