GTA ONLINE / SEPTEMBER 15 UPDATE

Rockstar will be releasing new update for online in 15 sep .
-Question 1: i banned from online. Can i be able to download update ?

-Question 2: what you think about launch a mod in a new update. Can we able to use mods in new update ?

I read news in the r. Site and i nothing see about cheat dedection system and security. Only new freemode activities but i dont know about mods in new patch. What you think.

1) Yes, you can downloading the update. It will being required to launch the game.

2) You won't be able to do any modding in GTA until the script hook bypass be release. I try to be one of the first with it, I use the ones that Rick from Menyoo give.
