I don't see why it wouldn't as clothing refunds are typically easy especially when you're not dealing with higher end retailers like Neiman's or Sak's or something along those lines.

I'm not sure as to why people become so afraid when they hear investigation. It's simply between the shipper and the carrier for insurance purposes..
