I JUST WANT TO MAKE A GAME(I KNOW THE BASICS OF VB) THAT IS OF COURSE ONLINE, I WANT IT TO JUST BE LIKE HEALTH AND DAMAGE BEING SENT BACK AND FORTH AND MAYBE MONEY

Why on earth would you want to do this..

Edit: Anywho, if this is for a flash game you might want to implement it into your program and use an swf decompiler to read and write the values (i.e health, cash)

i'm guessing he want to make an online fighting game between 2 players that have health and they both take damage which decrease there health bar.
well if you want it in a really basic method. use integers and progress bars or just labels.
