please help me throwing him out of the account or something helpful?

Change the user, password, and email of the account. Make sure it's fully changed. Remember the e-mail you used, etc.
You can't really "throw" someone out of an account.

Well then that's your responsibility.
You should've been careful with whom you were trading with. Obviously you didn't take a good step. What did you trade in return for the account? If he's "fighting" then ask him why hes "fighting." Plain and simple; give him what he wants.

To add onto this as well, Ravallo will NOT use any EMAIL other than what he listed. If you got some other email other than what he said and someone "claiming" to be Ravallo, you got scammed right off.

Already kinda said.
It's more towards that.
They'll ask for IP, creation date(like you said), any past credit card numbers, etc.
Past passwords, emails might be asked, as well.
