He unboxed it about 2 weeks ago, if im not mistaken its only a 1week cooldown, he is only my steam friend, I really dont know him personally so take caution. He is only like 12y/o of age. Im pretty sure you can buy his knife for 100$ if you say something like "the value is decreasing anyways" or some shit

I have a Bayonet | Urban Masked Field Tested. Since you stated you don't want to go first I'll only sell it if we use a middleman. Steam items can't be charged back like paypal once you've traded it to someone else. I'm not willing to take the risk of you possibly not paying me if I go first and give you the knife.
