I first appealed with sorta trashtalking them, but the second time i was being genuine (sarcasm) and mentioned how ive learned from my mistake etc etc and then continued on to saying that i didnt feel it was fair that my first ban should be a permanent one. Aaaaand i pulled the cheapcard called liinkii how he ruined other players experience and yet got unbanned and i did nothing but improve my own illegitimately. Try something along those lines and see if it works out.
Note that i waited over a month or so with the "real" apology
