I would not buy this account because:
1. Rank too low, I could pwrlevel via spy hunt up to this in at most a week. I would expect to pay a maximum 10k NX for CSM2.
2. KDR too low, you would buy an account with a kdr of at most 1.45

The whole point of these games are to be proud in leveling, gaining experience and showing off your skills/rank. This ruins the purpose of playing.
