I would like to guide him to refund, but School Started soo , I wont be on like 4days a week,cuz fgt brothers..

Well, if you don't reply to the dispute then you're going to have to way 30 days for the dispute to time out.

I was talking with OP.
He doesn't have access to his paypal so he technically didn't scam.

They are forcing him to send in photo ID and SSN, which he probably doesn't have access to.
Idk..

He opens the dispute, not you, and if you cant get into the account, he will wait 1 month to have it resolved

You COMPLETELY ignored the buyer once he has paid you and you also ignored the scam report when we mentioned you.
