You thought you could get away with being banned and make a NEW ACCOUNT and start selling once again.

Concluding to this, you saw the message, ignored the ban message and made a new account to sell again WITHOUT making a dispute while you made the new account. Hard to believe that you're doing one now

Donation was made with your account linked on it.

Later on a claim was made on that donation, and the owner of the paypal account contacted me personally and told me she did not authorize any such donation. We emailed back and forth and it was clear her paypal was either hacked or accessed by an unauthorized person. Seeing as the only one that gained anything from it was you, you were banned and the donation refunded.

can i ask whose paypal it was because it wasnt mine and i never put a paypal on my account, not even my own

That would be a disservice to their privacy, they have no MPGH account to link either. All exchanges were made via Email. They claimed Paypal told them the account was accessed from NY State, which further incriminated your account (via IP). Given that your account was linked, and other evidence including IP location, the ban seems warranted.

Not really. Not without just taking you on your word, which pretty much would render the dispute system pointless. You're not marketplace barred, so you can still participate there.
