Yeah, you are eligible for a ban.
You get an auto nade by downloading a macro bot that forces the mouse down and spams button one.
I wouldn't use one if I were you, because it's lazy and you risk an easy ban.
Keep in mind the forum post was by Saidin in 2013, but the bans may still be carried out.
Not recommended to use a nade bot.

Saldin is trying to scare you, don't be scare to use if as long as you don't get caught. I still saw people using it today; Even high levels using the bot with no problems.

Find one, don't share it, you won't get banned. A lot of people use it, you won't get caught if it's not released to the public.
