So my school recently upgraded their internet and now get 900mbps download and 950mbps upload (at least, according to speedtest.net)
Since it's a school computer, I will be unable to download stuff. But i was wondering if there's anyway to bypass this? And how would i be able to use this? (If i recall correctly, utorrent has a 10mbps download speed limit or something?)

Depends... On my school its simply a guest account every single computer is logged into as default, i think if you can get into the ''Admin'' account on the computer then you can start downloading.... But that is just how my school is trying to prevent students from download stuff
-Btw i dont know any bypass, but what about searching on google or youtube?
There is no speed limit for uTorrent. If the administrator properly setup access, you shouldn't be able to saturate the connection. Http downloads most likely will utilize the full bandwidth you have available.

Go to the IT Management within the school. Offer "sensual services" to receive the admin password
uTorrent doesn't have a limit, you can enable it to be limited.
Find a way to get CMD Through Microsoft Applications on Windows 7, then find a command online which makes you administrator on the computer and WALLAH!
There is a way to open it with a application I think its paint not sure but i managed to open it in school using a microsoft application :P
