Well, I'm in a similar situation, just I'm not Asian I'm just plain American. I think the most important thing is to not be an idiot about it. So many people fly to LA with 5k in their pockets and big dreams of being on the silver screen. But it can take years to get noticed and they expect to live off of the money they brought only to find it lasts them a couple month. Have some sort of sidejob that brings in enough money to live where ever you plan to go, whether it be Atlanta, LA or New York. Also, take some acting classes, you may think you're the best and that all the skill you'll ever need has already manifested in you naturally but signing up for a class with other aspiring actors is a good way to hone your skills with others and who knows? Maybe you'll pick up a couple tricks along the way. Lastly, if you're serious about being an actor, whether you only want to be in a TV show or acting along side Johnny fucking Depp, you can't let yourself be discouraged. You need to push forward and crush all roadblocks and tell nay sayers to go fuck themselves. so make sure to plan everything and do all the research, don;t be that numbskull with 5000 in hi wallet and no idea what to do. Thats about it. Good luck to you.
