    rez injector help

    i wanna try out some ca modding but i cant seem to get the injector to open. ive downloaded them from all sorts of sites but none of them work and i just keep getting an error msg tht says C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscor wks.dll could not b loaded. am i missin something?
