You should create account, make order with my personal information and my card with 1$ on it.
Next - after 1$-charge Amazon would prepare parcel and try to get money for parcel from my card.
At this point your job is over. After this I'll send you 5% of my order.
But if Amazon'll block my account you have to do all of you can to get hold off, becouse
I dont have billing address and I cant send verification fax to Amazon with it.
So you have to call to Amazon and explain the situation to them.
This is the other side of this service.

Amazon charges the full amount but if my card dosn't have enough money Amazon will send message to me about that. At this point I have 24 hours to send money on my card for full amount and reactivate full charge.

Amazon holds the full amount of the order before they even prepare to ship it. You can't SE them into shipping the items before they get paid the full amount because it's not going to happen. Amazon isn't that stupid haha and even if you get the stuff to your "personal" address with a $1 VCC you'd get reported to the police quickly.

4. If there is a Hold - you take it off.
5. When Amazon try to send my goods, it will see that on the debit card there is no money and write to me about that.

Your work is done. Then I change the password on my account, fill up my card balance and press the "Retry payment" button. Amazon takes money and send all stuff.

Its work! And I know how Amazon works. I have money to make refund, but all orders which I made were held by Amazon.
Our banks did not make such a statement, which Amazon accepts. I need to have someone placed an order with my money, and the man took off the hold if necessary.
