Hmm, it must've been in a situation of 2vs2 or something, because other than that you wouldn't be able to accomplish it, well you would but it'd be hard.

I know how to get up there, its 2 guys, one bottom and another one top and run jump (bottom person throws the teammate), you can use this on cache to get up the box near A main from top of red

Edit 1:Also, there's another way to get up the boxes near a main in cache, but it involves squeaky being opened, all the things you'll be able to learn
Edit 2:First one is of-course going to near a main on the toxic and jumping on your teammates head to get up there (but that involves smoke)

Dunno wotcha talking about, plenty of people in Casual and Deathmatch have fun playing the game, of-course when you're playing MM (competitive) then things are bit different but I've met people in there who take game in a fun way rather than in a serious way like when a teammate kill his/her own teammate they laugh it off, well then again it depends which server you play on, EU or US... EU players rage and start bitching about it while US players laugh, but then again it depends on friendliness.
