Cannot get this to work for me at all but I can using Cheat Engine... There are 4 bytes and it only allows one rank each time so constantly repeating.

I tried to change the renowned but it's not sticking so I doubt that works but I will try multiple bytes to see if some are lurking in other bytes.

I went to Terrorist Hunt, Lone Wolf, found my Score value, froze it with 60k and after the match I get 300 and if I die too quickly I get 0 renown.

The only time I can get 300 consistently is to get 5 kills, so guess you need the appropriate score, kills and/or playtime.
