Thats what I was originally thinking, it was the hacks, so I deleted them but it still wasn't working. Also the 15min is because I am downloading at close to 6mbs, reason 1 of why I love me laptop and my neighbors internet connection, so I will try this and let you guys know what happens.

That is an aprox. speed when I look at the kbps on some download is say anywhere between 700kbps-1.07mbps, so the 6mbps is a total speed from internet explore, updates, avast anti-virus and the download.

Wow, I am just waisting time know having to do this now download, I just was looking at Task Manager and saw I had 86 processes going, so I took a look and it said that the Combat Arms Engine.exe was still running, which would explain why it couldn't load combat arms because my computer said it was still running even though the website got the code saying it had been shut down. Oh well, I will definately check that again next time if I have these problems again.
