Very Odd Signature Request...

OK...If anyone would be happy to try and make a signature to fit my demands, that would be awesome

What I want...
-Name in the left: Mikoll
-Small motto on bottom: A new kind of drug
-Ok heres the weird part...
-the main pic will be Pac-Man shooting rainbows out of its mouth...
-and the pac man top of the pic will be out of the border looking like in the pop out tut by Bull3t
-Red Background I Guiess...
-I made a pic of how I want it to look, my artistic skills are limited so its done in MS Paint (LMAO) and I want it to look like photoshop material not MS Paint material

-And a double border to make it fancy
