worst case scenario, return the replacement for a refund.
so i paid someone to do an amazon refund for about 550 pounds. they were unable to do it. they then said they could probably get me a free replacement. they then failed to do this. so i decided to do some reading around and i thought i would try and get a replacement myself. I was successful.
The replacement item arrived today. i then thought well if i can get a replacement surely i can also get the refund. so i went on the amazon chat and i was unable to get the refund.
it resulted in me being sent this email:

Obviously im a n00b and i have learnt from this failure. however, i am wondering what is now most likely to happen? Any advice is welcome!!! Also, if anyone thinks they can fix this then ill pay them decent.

why you told them you didn't receive it lmao that's dumb as fuck this is the most common refunding method but it works for orders like 6 months old, you signed that you received it lol

so the worst case they will call you from amazon on the phone , just dont answer the call ,
also after u wait 24 hours they still can do the refund/replacement
just you can wait now , or try in chat with some dummy rep to refund you it , but say the same excuse dont change it
I've had this happen to me before, but I can still sort this out I think, doesn't hurt to try again! Add my skype: bubblempgh - and I'll try and sort out your refund and hopefully then you can pay me a decent amount for this considering all things (you can pay after it's done)
They'll probably tell you it has been received by you. Ignore it.

I just got my email telling me they are going to refund me and it will take 2-3 days . @dreamrefund sorted this out for me. big love <3 however on my acount it has not changed yet? Should i be concerned about this even though i have the confirmation email saying i am being refunded? again thanks for all of the input ! <3 !!
