This user is the worst I've ever had ... a kid of 15 years old who do not know these accounts ... I gave him three new accounts but he will refund .... (all this for only $ 8! !!)

This is not true. I have already provided the mods with the full Skype chat log. I asked for a refund and he sends me two PayPal accounts with $10 inside of the wallets(he sent me one in the morning and this one has been locked by paypal since 2008(the user is unverified and needs to verify info); the other account he sends in the afternoon. This one cannot be logged into and requires Paypal to call the account holder with the number on file and confirm the info/ssn on the account.. just like the first account) none of the accounts he provided worked, then when I asked for my money back again, he gives a runaround. He has denied me the refund I have been asking for all day(since the first account was a bust), and he changed the info for all of the accounts,(I believe he blocked me on skype too). I can post the screenshots here(if allowed)

Do not purchase from this dude because a) his accounts are cracked and b) I asked for help because the account he provided me with wasn't able to send any money to anyone, he told me that he won't help me and its upto me now.

Im not even going to bother to get $8 back.

@FanticSteal, I'd like to have my vouch removed as when the OP provided me with the 10$ PayPal account as a vouch copy it was working fine, but now it requires me to insert a security code, which means I'm no longer able to use it. Thanks.
