Whoever is getting the red text is simply not reading good enough. U don't necessarly have to update windows 10 it says the steps clearly.
But if ur windows 7 is cracked or some weird emulated shit os then i don't know what ur thinking about updating powershell cause of course it most likely won't work. it clearly said to re-pack after the restart don't be lazy.

Quick question, if I'm using this on an alternative account on the same windows installation, will just quitting the app before re-loging be safe enough to return to my main account that I don't want to get banned?

vac applies to one account at a time if u dont use it on ur other account the other account is completely safe.

try re-extracting there is always a small chance the scrambler fails. also it might be cause ur computer is german and i think it's trying but failing to do the executionpolicy bypass so try doing it manually by right click powershell.exe and clicking "Run as administrator" and then type: set-executionpolicy -executionpolicy bypass
after that choose "Yes" or if there is an option for "Yes to all" choose that if ur os is in english you should type Y and press enter or A (Yes to all) and yeah post back results.
