Noobie Question (PC Online Version)

Its anything out there to unlock online the Albany Roosevelt and Gusenberg Sweeper... i dont want to spawn them, i just want to buy them from the game store...i dont want cash drops, no laser guns, spawn colored vehicles, etc etc.

Note: Tried to check on the forum but i have never used a mod on GTA, i dont know which one gets u banned, which one doesnt work or which one let me do what i want.

that one is for returning players, im talking about the gun and the car or atleast the car from valentines DLC... i found "equality_version_5" works or used to work but i dont know if is true.
