Download Photoshop CC directly from their webpage and install it as a trial.
Or alternatively, Adobe Downloads.
Both links lead basically to the same page.
Once downloaded, follow the instructions inside the archive provided here.

You dont have permission to save in this location, when i try to edit the hosts file
I recommend Kickass torents or Piratebay = easier, faster download, less effort.

Fill in "C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts"
Then on the shortcut you just made Right Click ► Properties ► Advanced ► Run as Administrator
So each time you open this shortcut you can as an administrator edit it however you wish.

If I stumble across them I'll add them.

You just agreed that it's equally simple.
However, key difference being downloading directly from adobe then patching, is that you'll have a current version and NOT run any risk of it being full of viruses.
