For some reason it sometimes only downloads 1/3 folders or 2/3, so you just gotta keep trying

Right click program --> Properties --> Permissions
Make sure "Allow executing file of this program" is checked

You should be able to open the terminal in the same directory as the program
After that, just run this command:

./"Orion v0.1"

If you're getting "No such file or directory" when executing the program then refer to this fix
