very nice menu, a few notes:

invisibility only makes your skin invisible, other players can still se your name and blip.

would be perfect if you included a flying car script, and if not posible then simply a noclip mode

Invisibility does make you invisible, but unfortunately the game now sets you visible I think every 5 seconds, so you may briefly flash visible. I don't think there is anything that can stop this as invisibility is continuously set in the update loop already. I also experimented with the entity alpha option, but it only makes you invisible to yourself.

this menu is so close to perfect
please add name changer, game crash, and customize vehicle if you can b0ss
also when i spawn a car "already fully upgraded" the tires still seem to pop when shot

I have a little problem, when i go into misc options and change all the stuff like FONT, TEXT SIZE, TRANSPARITY it doesnt save it and gets reset to default again after i restart the game would be nice if you could add a save option for that

+ would be nice if you could do a money rain option so you can feed big moneyhungry groups with easier :P
+ more options for explosive bullets size whise like shooting tank rounds rockets valkyre etc. ^^
+ a crasher so you can crash other ppl who are not polite and need to mess around.

just some suggestions not trying to sound like your boss, but it would be nice if you could implement these things

Jordan hoping to see Sport Chrome Ruff Weld wheels and Jazz Loop horn added to max upgrade feature in your next update. It adds serious value to cars for players who look to sell after I spawn them. Question: Tried dropping some cash to a friend. He got the message "Transaction failed because Rockstar game servers recieved too many requests from your game..." Is this normal while dropping cash or is it a red flag? We have stopped dropping for now.

i have install all C++ Version and the Framwork 4.5 but its dosent work the injector says "sucssesfully inject" and not opening when i press the buttom

I used this menu for 4 days.. yesterday i got banned from gta.. someone might want to look into this as i did not money drop even once, i made sure no one saw me so i did not get reported.

First of all, I notice that you have also used infamous from your post activity, so how are you sure that it was this menu that got you a ban? Modding is always a ban risk, you should not be doing it unless you are prepared to accept a ban. Which features did you use in this menu and infamous?
