mabye if you PM a modder they might be nice and do it for a choob. But i doubt it yo

You can make the m16 look like a m416 cqb, but it will have m16 stats though. m16 damage, recoil. And you can not simply give it an iTech scope by modding. You can make it look like it has one, but it won't zoom in and it will only be for looks.
