Obviously a PC is better.
If I wanted to play GTA IV, I'd have to buy a PS3.
If I wanted to play GTA V, I'd have to buy a PS4, and so on.
With a PC, i could play both.
I have an internet browsers, and there's so more things that make a computer win over a console.
More games, and i can get better graphics etc
